Prescription Swimming Goggles

On holidays, prescription swimming goggles are great around the pool or if you are doing any sea swimming or surfing. Sailing, windsurfing, water skiing and other water-based activities are enjoyed without fear of losing contacts or glasses.

For competitive swimmers, prescription goggles are a must if eyesight lets you down.

If cost is not a consideration go for the best anti-fog prescription lenses you can find.  If you need to save the pennies, then go for quality prescription goggles and buy separate anti-fog gel.

If you are mainly using your goggles on holiday, then uv protection should be a consideration.

The amount of suction your swimming goggle have is also an important consideration.  Ideally it wants to be just enough to keep the water out and no more but many people find this worrying and it becomes a balance between the goggles being too tight and how tight they need to be for the swimmer to feel confident.
